Hands of Grace donates to some deprived widows in Ghana
Hands of Grace is a non profit organization which believes that every one deserves equal chance to life. As part of it’s Community Outreach Project, February being the month of love, was set aside to show love and compassion to some neglected widows living in some deprived communities in Madina – Accra .
Mrs Victoria Aggrey-Creppy, founder of Hands of Grace, laments that society’s lack of concern to the widows was so much that they were deprived, maltreated, abandoned and neglected to take care of themselves without any form of support or assistance from anywhere.
Since some widows find it difficult in making ends meet, her foundation donated some items ( such as bags of rice, cooking oils, tomato paste, canned fish, soft drinks etc) so they can provide the beneficiaries with equal support (which they used to get from their husbands).
The donation put a huge smile on the faces of the deprived widows. Mrs Victoria Aggrey-Creppy asks individuals and corporate bodies to come to the aid of such neglected widows.
She currently resides in the U.S. with her husband (a pastor) and happily married.
Below are photos of some widows that benefited from the donations.
